General Use
The use of Ambitious Labs’ website and any affiliated digital platforms, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Ambitious Technologies Inc. (“Ambitious Labs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), is governed by these Terms of Service. We provide the Platform—including all content, software, learning materials, tools, and community access—conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Platform, you and your business (including any authorized team members or collaborators) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use or access the Platform.
This is a legally binding agreement. These Terms, together with our [Privacy Policy] and any other referenced documents, form the complete agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Ambitious Labs. This Agreement governs your access to and use of our educational programs, software, coaching services, Discord community, and any additional offerings you access through the Platform or via phone, email, or direct purchase.
Ambitious Labs may modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post updates on our website and, where appropriate, notify users via email or account notification. Continued use of the Platform after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
New features, programs, or tools added to the Platform will also be subject to these Terms.
We recommend printing or saving a copy of this Agreement for your records.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any services provided by Ambitious Labs—including our “Dreams Into Apps” program, coaching, software, Discord community, or done-for-you services—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
The Website is intended for businesses operated by adults. If you use the Website, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence (whichever is greater), operate a business, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us, and have read this Agreement and understand and agree to its terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By registering, you affirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Services Provided
We offer one-time education programs, software tools, community access, and occasionally done-for-you services that help individuals learn app development and launch their mobile apps. Users must create an account to access our services.
4. User Conduct
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for:
Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward coaches, staff, or community members.
Spamming or inappropriate content within our platform or Discord community.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account without refund (see Section 10).
5. Orders, Payments and Refunds
When you purchase any product or service from Ambitious Labs, full payment is required before your order is accepted or fulfilled. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify or complete your order. If we do not receive accurate or complete details, we may cancel or limit your order at our sole discretion—even after an initial confirmation has been sent.
Please note: an email confirmation or receipt does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.
To request a modification or cancellation of a pending order, please contact support@ambitiouslabs.io as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in process.
All offerings are subject to availability. If a product or service becomes unavailable after your purchase:We will notify you of the updated availability timeline, andIf you choose not to wait or accept a substitute, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund for that item.
We reserve the right to limit or restrict the sale of our products or services to any individual, business, region, or jurisdiction, at our sole discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm your continued agreement to the Terms of Service in effect at the time of purchase.
We accept all major payment methods
Standard Products: Eligible for a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
Done-For-You Services: Not eligible for refunds once services have begun to render. All payments are final after the applicable refund period.
6. Intellectual Property
Public Content: Content posted outside our learning platform is not confidential and may be publicly shared.
Private Platform Content: All videos, curriculum, tools, and assets within the platform are proprietary and confidential. You may not record, redistribute, or reuse them without written permission.
Student Created Applications and Software: You retain 100% ownership of any apps you build through our program. We only provide education and guidance.
7. Your Individual Results May Vary
We do not guarantee earnings, business success, or app downloads. Results vary depending on your individual effort, market conditions, and other external factors.
Every app idea, business, and individual is different—each with unique goals, strategies, resources, and circumstances. As such, results will vary significantly from person to person.
Ambitious Labs does not make any guarantees regarding your success, revenue, or business outcomes. While we provide educational tools, coaching, community access, and support, your results depend on many factors outside of our control—including your effort, execution, market conditions, and decision-making.
We do not offer: Sales leads or direct customer referralsEarnings projections or income guaranteesPromises of return on investment (ROI). Our programs are not business opportunities, franchise models, or “get-rich-quick” schemes.
Purchasing our training or software does not guarantee that you will earn any specific income or reach specific milestones.
You should enroll in our programs with the understanding that: Progress takes time, effort, and consistency. Some strategies may apply to your situation, while others may not.
We also do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Please consult with qualified professionals in those areas to ensure you’re making informed decisions for your business.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect user data to enhance your experience and for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
We respect your privacy and the use and protection of your non-public, personal information. Your submission of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Statement and, if you and/or your end users are located in the European Union or United Kingdom. Our Privacy Statement may be viewed here.
AmbitiousLabs.io reserves the right to modify its Privacy Statement and DPA in its reasonable discretion from time to time.
Our Privacy Statement is incorporated into this Agreement by reference or a full version can be accessed from our website.
As a Ambitiouslabs.io user, you will be required to create an account with ambitiouslabs.io You warrant that the information you provide us is truthful and accurate and that you are not impersonating another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access your ambitiouslabs.io user account, and you agree not to transfer your password or username or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to your user account, to any third party. You are fully responsible for all transactions with, and information conveyed to you as ambitiouslabs.io Subscriber/User, including technical information, pricing, business strategy, and data about other past or current ambitiouslabs.io users or their customers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following conditions:
Failure to make timely payments
Violation of our community guidelines (1-strike policy for abuse)
Sharing or misuse of proprietary content
Termination may occur without refund.
10. User Feedback & Testimonials
Ambitious Labs values feedback from our users and community members and welcomes your thoughts, reviews, and suggestions about our services and programs.
By submitting a testimonial, review, or any form of content—including photos, videos, or comments—you agree that Ambitious Labs may use, reproduce, and publish all or part of your submission for promotional purposes. This may include use on our website, in social media posts, printed materials, advertisements, and other media formats. Submissions may include your name, city, and state unless you request anonymity.
Testimonials reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual users and may not be representative of typical outcomes. As noted in our Disclaimer, your results will vary based on many factors outside our control.
All content submitted to us is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by submitting it, you grant Ambitious Labs a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use it in any medium and for any purpose.
We reserve the right to:
Edit or correct submissions for clarity, grammar, or length.
Review and approve testimonials before publication.
Decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion.
Community Content Standards
You may contribute content to our platform—including comments, ideas, suggestions, and media—as long as it is lawful, respectful, and appropriate.
You may not post or transmit anything that: Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Contains software viruses, spam, political messages, or commercial solicitationsUses false identity or impersonation
Ambitious Labs may—but is not obligated to—monitor, remove, or moderate any content that violates these standards.
By posting or submitting content, you confirm that:
You own or have permission to share all materials
Your content is accurate and lawful
Your content does not harm or mislead others
You grant Ambitious Labs the right to use your name (if provided) in association with the content
You agree to indemnify and hold Ambitious Labs harmless from any claims arising from content you submit or post.
Ambitious Labs is not liable for content posted by users or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If a dispute is found to be exempt from arbitration, the parties agree that such claim shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
All claims must be brought on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.In case of disputes, you agree to first contact our CEO at enrollments@ambitiouslabs.io for resolution. If unresolved, further legal steps may be taken in Georgia courts.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at enrollments@ambitiouslabs.io.
12. Limitation of Liabilities
EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Ambitious Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Ambitious Labs) OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS, AND/OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRIVACY POLICY, THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR YOUR OR A THIRD PARTY’S USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THE PLATFORM, SOFTWARE, SERVICE, OR PRODUCT—REGARDLESS OF WHETHER Ambitious Labs HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS, OR CLAIMS.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE MANNER IN WHICH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGEDLY CAUSED, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY—INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE.
13. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It outlines how we resolve disputes and includes a waiver of certain legal rights.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, **you and Ambitious Technologies Inc. (“Ambitious Labs”) agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to your use of our platform, products, or services must be resolved through final and binding confidential arbitration—not in court.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury, and acknowledge that legal procedures such as discovery and appeal rights may be limited in arbitration. You also agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator will not have the authority to consolidate cases or preside over any form of class action.
Although arbitration does not involve a judge or jury, the arbitrator may grant the same individual remedies that a court could, including injunctive or declaratory relief and statutory damages. The arbitrator must also follow and apply these Terms as a court would.
Informal Dispute Resolution First
Before filing any arbitration claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@ambitiouslabs.io. We will attempt to resolve the matter with you within 120 days.
If no resolution is reached, either party may initiate arbitration.
14. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ambitious Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Ambitious Labs) and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, contractors, licensors, affiliates, agents, and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:Your use, misuse, or attempted use of our website, software, platform, products, or services;Any information, content, or materials you submit, upload, or transmit through our platform;Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms or any referenced policies or agreements;Your breach of any representation or warranty made in this Agreement; orYour violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
This obligation survives the termination of your account, access to services, or your relationship with Ambitious Labs.
15. Notice and Takedown Procedures (DMCA Compliance)
If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you or your authorized agent may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice to Ambitious Labs requesting removal of the infringing material.
If you believe someone has incorrectly filed a copyright claim against content you submitted, you may send us a counter-notice.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA. Our full DMCA policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
16. Third Party Links and Resources
The Ambitious Labs platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these external sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Any opinions, advice, statements, or other content made available by third parties are those of the respective authors and do not reflect the views of Ambitious Labs.
We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit through our platform.
17. Severbility
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by an arbitrator or court of law, that provision shall be modified or removed to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Ambitious Labs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ambitious Labs and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
Any future updates to features, tools, or services will be governed by the latest version of these Terms.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of this Agreement will not be construed against the drafting party.
19. Changes to the Agreement
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any here. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Agreement, including the Privacy Statement located at Privacy Statement by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website following the posting of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
20. Your Additional Representations
You hereby further represent and warrant: (1) that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (2) that you own, operate, and/or have the right to bind the business for which you are using the Website; (3) have read this Agreement and thoroughly understand and agree to the terms contained in this Agreement; and (4) that you will not resell, re-distribute, or export any product or service that you order from the Website. You further represent that ambitiouslabs.io has the right to rely upon all information provided to ambitiouslabs.io by you, and ambitiouslabs.io may contact you and your business by email, telephone, or postal mail for any purpose, including but not limited to (i) follow-up calls, (ii) satisfaction surveys, and (iii) inquiries about any orders you placed, or considered placing, on or through the Website. You further represent and warrant that there are no prior or pending government investigations or inquiries of, or prosecutions against you, or any business related to you, by the Federal Trade Commission, any other federal or state governmental agency, or any industry regulatory authority, anywhere in the world, nor any prior or pending private lawsuits against you. If at any time during the life of the Agreement you, or any business related to You, becomes the subject of a government investigation, inquiry, or prosecution by the Federal Trade Commission, any other federal or state governmental agency, or any industry regulatory authority anywhere in the world, or the subject of any lawsuit, you will notify ambitiouslabs.io of the same within 24 hours. ambitiouslabs.io at its sole discretion, may terminate the Agreement based on any investigation, proceeding, or lawsuit identified pursuant to this paragraph or otherwise discovered by ambitiouslabs.io without incurring any obligation or liability to you.
ambitiouslabs.io may assign its rights under this Agreement at any time, without notice to you. Your rights arising under this Agreement cannot be assigned without ambitiouslabs.io (or its assigns’) express written consent.
